Join the largest neighborhood assocaiton in downtown for our inagural "Meal on Main" - A community dinner hosted right on Main Street in Downtown Memphis!
The Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA) of Memphis is proud to announce its inaugural “Meal on Main” event, set for Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 5–9 PM. This one-of-a-kind community dinner will transform Main Street between MLK Jr. Avenue and Pontotoc Avenue into a vibrant, open-air dining room complete with long rows of tables draped in crisp white linens, elegant white chairs, and glowing overhead string lights.
The evening’s menu will be prepared by acclaimed Chef Jimmy Gentry of The Lobbyist, a celebrated Downtown restaurant located right on the event block. Guests will enjoy a curated dining experience featuring two chef-prepared protein options with sides, cooked over an open flame on Main Street itself.
